Final Week, folks!  I'm so impressed with all of the cast, crew, parents and everyone else who's helping with the production.  Thank you for being so wonderful to work with!

Monday:  Lunch:  HC work on Oz
3:30- South Cast- get mics on, no costume yet, get harnesses and do a test if you fly
3:45-4:45- finish Act 2, South Cast
4:45-5:00- Get into Costume and mics for North Cast
5:00-6:30- Act 1 North Cast
6:30-7:00 Break with dinner provided
7:00-9:10 Finish Act 1 North Cast and start and finish Act 2
9:10:  Get out of costume quickly, but put everything back exactly as it was.  Notes, go home

Tuesday:
1:30-2:15 South Cast.  Get into costume and make-up, get mics on, get harnesses on and do a test fly
2:15-4:15 Act 1 and start Act 2
4:15-4:45 Break- dinner provided
4:45-6:00 Finish Act 2
6:00-6:45:  Practice Open House performance
6:45-7:30:  Open House Performance  South Cast


Wednesday:
3:30-5:00 South Cast  Get in costume, hair and make-up, get mics on, get harnesses on and do a test fly.  Have a snack before getting in costume.
5:00 Showtime!  Full run through
*Please note- I'm combining the Teacher Preview with the $5 student show.  We need this day as our last tech day.   There will be some people in the audience, but not a full performance.
After the show, get out of costume and there will be notes for cast and crew.
I assume we'll be done about 7:45

Thursday:
3:30-5:00  North Cast- get in costume, hair and make-up, get mics on, get harnesses on and do a test fly.  Eat a snack before getting into costume.
5:00  Student $5 Preview and Teacher ASB Performance
After the show, get out of costume and there will be notes for cast and crew
You should be done about 7:45

Friday:
Call Time:  South 5:00:  Get in costume, hair and make-up, get mics on, get harnesses on and do a test fly.  Please eat before getting in costume.
7:00- Showtime
Put costumes and props away.  No notes.

Saturday:

Performance:  2:00
